3. Booking and Scheduling
To book our Services, Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding the property and items to be cleared. We strive to accommodate scheduling requests; however, availability cannot be guaranteed and is subject to confirmation.
3.1 Confirmation of Booking
Upon receiving a booking request, the Company will confirm the appointment via email or phone. Until confirmation is received, the booking is not considered final.
4. Payment Terms
Clients agree to pay the fees associated with the Services as outlined in the initial quotation. Payment must be made in full upon completion of the Services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4.1 Pricing
Our pricing is based on the volume of items to be cleared, the complexity of the clearance, and any additional services required. Prices are subject to change based on the final assessment of the property.
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept payments via cash, bank transfer, and major credit cards. All payments must be completed before the conclusion of the Services.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule Services by providing at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5.1 Cancellation Fees
A cancellation fee of 20% of the total Service cost will apply to cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring that the property is accessible and that all sensitive or valuable items are clearly identified. The Company is not liable for items not accessible or items that are not declared upon arrival.
6.1 Access to Property
Clients must ensure that the Company has adequate access to the property, including keys or security codes if necessary. Failure to provide access may result in service delays or additional charges.
7. Company Responsibilities
The Company is committed to providing high-quality Services in a timely and professional manner. We adhere to all applicable health and safety regulations and environmental standards.
7.1 Liability
Neasden House Clearance is insured for liability; however, we are not responsible for pre-existing damages to the property or contents. Clients should report any discrepancies immediately upon completion of the Services.

In the event of a force majeure situation, the Company will promptly notify the Client and make reasonable efforts to reschedule the Services.
